The two-game trip Down Under marked the start of a new era for the U.S. women. Five players debuted in a 3-0 win and 1-1 tie. For the first time since April 9, 2013, the USA deployed starting lineups with every player under the age of 30. Five players -- Casey Murphy, Imani Dorsey, Morgan Weaver, Ashley Sanchez and Bethany Balcer -- earned their first caps, while Ashley Hatch, making her third and fourth appearance, scored in each game.
