Update: New MLS diversity hiring policy (sporting positions)

1. Notify the league office of the open position.
2. Ensure the finalist pool includes two or more candidates from underrepresented groups, of which one candidate must be either Black or African American.
3. Provide the league office with information on all candidates in the finalist pool.
4. Demonstrate an equal interview process with comparable interview experience for all candidates in the finalist pool.
