(4) The MetroStars obtains the #12 pick from Los Angeles for its natural first-round pick in 2004.

(5) San Jose obtains the #13 pick and a conditional 2004 pick from Kansas City in exchange for D Jimmy Conrad.

(6) Los Angeles obtains the #16 pick from San Jose in exchange for F Brian Mullan.

(7) MetroStars obtained the #17 pick from Columbus in exchange for D Nelson Akwari and the MetroStarsÆ natural second-round pick in 2004.
