Americans Abroad: USMNT in Europe (Weekend)



• Sam Vines' Antwerp remained perfect in Belgium with eight wins in eight games while Mark McKenzie's Genk remained in second place five points off the pace.

 Ricardo Pepi made his debut for Groningen in its 1-0 win at Cambuur in the Dutch Eredivisie, coming on in the second half and assisting on the winning goal.

 Jordan Pefok missed a penalty kick, but Union Berlin beat FC Cologne, 1-0, to take the Bundesliga lead.

With no games in England and Scotland due to the death of Queen Elizabeth, only 13 players were in action this weekend. Nine of the 10 players with games on Sunday played.

    Oh Pefok,,, Just when things were Looking UP... Badly Missed the PK.
    TOO Much Pressure... If we end up with him as our "Gate Crasher" for Last 20 minutes of a Game;
    WE are In Trouble...
    I wonder how DIKE is coming along.??? ... He was my Original Choice for Gate Crasher.

    And Shaq Moore continues to impress, going 90 minutes for Nashville inspite of having to commute from Tenerife, Spain!
