The 250th player to don the U.S. women’s national team jersey, Sam Coffey‘s debut got behind-the-curtain treatment by U.S. Soccer’s video crew. The 23-year-old Portland Thorns midfielder played 90 minutes in the USA’s 2-1 win vs. Nigeria on Sept. 6: “I’ve looked up to you all for so many years … this is such a dream come true.”
