Alabama is headed to first Women's College Cup

Alabama defeated Duke, 3-2, in overtime to advance to the Women's College Cup for the first time.

• Reyna Reyes scored the game-winner just under eight minutes into the first overtime to seal the victory for the top-seeded Crimson Tide.

• After no goals through the first 67 minutes, four goals were scored over the next 11-plus minutes. Alabama went ahead on goals by Gianna Paul and Ashlynn Serepca before the Blue Devils stormed back on a pair of goals by U.S. U-20 star Michelle Cooper.

• Alabama coach Wes Hart: “A lot of firsts, right. First time we won a round of 32, and then a round of 16, and now a round of eight and now we’re going to the round of four."
