Aston Villa, 11th place in the English Premier League, fell, 2-1, to fourth-tier Stevenage, which is based in the commuter town in north of London of the same name. Morgan Sanson gave host Aston Villa a 1-0 lead in the 33rd minute. Jamie Reid scored for Stevenage from the penalty spot in 88th minute and Dean Campbell hammered home the gamewinner in the 90th minute.
"It's magical for the players, the chairman and for the town of Stevenage to see over 3,000 fans and winning the way we did, it's the FA Cup and what dreams are made of," said Stevenage manager Steve Evans. "I said to the players they will have a dream they will talk to the kids and grandkids about."
Stevenage is in second-place in England's League Two.
