The Paris-native and Paris Saint-Germain academy product Kingsley Coman refrained from celebrating after delivering Bayern Munich's 1-0 away win in the first-leg of the UEFA Champions League round of 16. The 26-year-old Coman spent nearly a decade in PSG's academy before arriving at Bayern in 2015 via Juventus. His low side-footed volley from 11 yards out off a long cross by Alphonso Davies slipped through the grasp of goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
The loss is the third straight for Paris Saint-Germain, for which Lionel Messi and Neymar started and Kylian Mbappe came off the bench, after falling 3-1 to Monaco in Ligue 1 and 2-1 to Marseille in the French Cup.
