With the completion of the group stage of the 2022-23 Concacaf Nations League, 13 of the 16 entrants in the 2023 Gold Cup have been determined.
The other three will emerge from the 12-team Gold Cup preliminaries, which will take over two rounds June 16-20 ahead of the tournament proper, which begins on June 24.
The draw for the Gold Cup group stage and preliminaries will take place April 14 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, site of the 2023 final.
2023 Gold Cup qualifiers: League A (winners and runners-up):
Group A: Mexico, Jamaica.
Group B: Panama, Costa Rica.
Group C: Canada, Mexico.
Group D: USA, El Salvador.
League B (winners):

The next Concacaf Nations League will begin in the fall with a new format that will determine the six Concacaf representatives in the 2024 Copa America and four entrants in the 2024 Concacaf Nations League finals.
The draw for the new competition, which will feature no relegation from the 2022-23 competition, will take place May 16.

• The top four ranked teams (based on the Concacaf Rankings as of March 2023) will earn byes to the quarterfinals.
• The bottom 12 ranked teams will be split into two groups with six teams and play four games each (September and October 2023 window) in a “Swiss style” league system (i.e., teams won't play a complete round-robin).
• The top two teams in each group will join the four teams with byes in the quarterfinals.
• The bottom two teams in each group will be relegated to League B.
2024 Copa America qualifying: • The four winners of home-and-home quarterfinal series (November 2023 window) will qualify for Copa America, along with the two winners of single-elimination matches involving the four quarterfinal losers (March 2024 window).
2024 Concacaf Nations League finals: • The four winners of home-and-home quarterfinal series (November 2023 window) will advance to the finals (March 2024 window).
