• First-place Pittsburgh extended its lead over Tampa Bay and Charleston when it won, 2-1, at Miami FC and the Rowdies and Battery both tied. • Phillip Goodrum's 10th goal of the season gave FC Tulsa a 1-0 win at Oakland that moved it into eighth place and the final playoff position when Detroit City FC lost at Phoenix, 5-0.
Top 3: 1. Pittsburgh 57 points. 2. Tampa Bay 54. 3. Charleston 53.
Western Conference:
• Sac Republic FC clinched a spot in the playoffs -- its ninth appearance in 10 seasons -- with a 1-0 win over El Paso in front of a sell-out crowd of 11,569 fans at Heart Health Park. • Goalkeeper Christian Herrera made seven saves to lead Colorado Springs to a 1-0 road victory over Orange County SC, which came into the game with a nine-game unbeaten streak.
