MEN: • Alex Harris (Cornell). The freshman from the Washington Timbers scored both goals in the 2-1 win over defending national champion Syracuse and had an assist in the 1-1 tie against Harvard in their Ivy League opener.
• Quenzi Huerman (North Carolina). The Frenchman who previously played at Palm Beach Atlantic and Seton Hall scored two goals and added two assists in the wins over UNCW (3-0) and No. 11 Duke (2-1) to give him 15 points, the most for a UNC player through the first seven games since the turn of the century.
• James Morris (Seattle U). The Doncaster Rovers product scored both goals in the 2-2 tie with No. 19 Denver and converted the go-ahead penalty kick in a 3-2 win over No. 20 Washington.
WOMEN:
• Ally Cook (UCLA). The graduate forward who spent her first three seasons at Oregon scored two first-half goals in the 3-1 win at Colorado to give her the Bruin lead in scoring with five goals and 11 points.
• Bea Franklin (Arkansas). The Notre Dame transfer from Seattle played a big role in a pair of SEC wins, scoring the first goal and assisting on the third goal in a 5-0 win over No. 9 Alabama, the Hogs' largest win over a ranked opponent in their history, and assisting on the lone goal in a 1-0 win Texas A&M.
• Ashleigh Williams (Texas Tech). The junior from Allen, Texas, scored the first goal in a 2-1 win at Texas and scored both goals in the 2-0 win over Baylor in Waco for the Red Raiders, who are off to their best start ever (9-0-2 overall and 3-0-0 in the Big 12).
