    1. The New York Red Bulls have named Natasha Patel as the head of performance analysis, a position she held at the Premier League's Southampton, where she worked for eight seasons, beginning in its academy and developing video and performance analysis throughout Southampton's academy system into the first team.

    2. The Richmond Kickers have not extended the contract of head coach David Bulow after they finished ninth out of 10 teams in the USL League One. Bulow was named head coach in June 2018, replacing long-time head coach Leigh Cowlishaw, and led the Kickers in the second half of the 2018 USL Championship season before their drop to the new USL League One. He had been coaching in the Richmond United Development Academy program.

    3. The Virginia Youth Soccer Association received funding for the final phase in the development of the Publix Virginia Soccer Training Center with the construction of a 2,000-seat stadium to be completed in late spring 2020. The 51-acre complex was opened in 2014 in Fredericksburg and includes nine regulation fields, six grass field and three turf fields with lights.
