    1. Weston McKennie scored his first goal of the Serie A season for Juventus in its 2-1 home loss to Sassuolo. The Texan's header evened the score in the 76th minute, but he could not prevent the last-second Sassuolo winner as the lone player back as Juve pressed for a second goal.
    2. Christian Ramirez scored his sixth goal of the Scottish Premiership for Aberdeen in its 2-2 tie at first-place Rangers. Cameron Carter-Vickers scored his second goal of the season for second-place Celtic in its 3-1 win over Hibernian.
    3. With Zack Steffen in goal, Manchester City's bid to win a fifth straight Carabao Cup ended when it fell to West Ham United in a shootout after their fourth-round match ended 0-0. Steffen started all five games in City's 2020-21 Carabao Cup campaign.
