    After almost four weeks of training at Olympic Stadium, CF Montreal became the last cold-weather team to head to warmer climes, flying to Fort Lauderdale on Sunday.     • Kendra Halterman has been named the WPSL's new commissioner ahead of its 25th season. Rich Sparling will move into the role of honorary commissioner emeritus. Halterman has been involved with the WPSL for the past 20 years as a player, starting her own WPSL team, serving as a conference delegate and associate commissioner before moving into the role of league ambassador. Matt Homonoff will remain deputy commissioner, overseeing day-to-day soccer operations.
