Kevin James Baxter Baltimore Do you see a time when the MSL will merge with the NPSL and CISL? No. When you write MSL, I assume you mean MLS (it's a mistake we make all the time, too). MLS is concentrating on outdoors and the NPSL and CISL are indoor leagues. There has to something of value that these leagues see in each other, and there just isn't anything MLS would have interest in at this time other than a few players. Roy Lassiter, who led MLS in scoring his first season with the Tampa Bay Mutiny, is returning to the Mutiny after signing a three-year contract. The agreement makes him one of the top paid players in MLS, according to the Tampa Tribune. He had 25 goals in the regular season, six in the playoffs and one in the U.S. Open Cup for the Mutiny last season. I have over the years come to also rely on World Soccer magazine for information, and over the past three years have come to rely on the team publication "Manchester United" magazine for even more in-depth information.
