    CONCACAF will kick off its women's championship Aug. 28 in Toronto, Canada. Eight national teams will battle for the regional championship and its automatic berth to the 1999 Women's World Cup. Originally slated for Haiti, the tournament was moved to Toronto and will run from Aug. 28 to Sept. 6, 1998.     The U.S. Soccer Federation and Hampton Roads Mariners have jointly agreed to postpone the U.S. Open Cup final between the Chicago Fire and the Columbus Crew to Thursday, Aug. 27 at 7:00 p.m. (ET).
