    Former Tampa Bay Mutiny defender Frank Yallop will re-join the team as an assistant coach for the 1999 MLS season. Yallop, waived by the Mutiny on Nov. 1, will begin his new duties on Jan. 1. He will join holdover assistant coach Perry Van Der Beck on the Mutiny coaching staff.     Senior forward Tawni Epperson scored on a breakaway in the second minute of the fourth overtime period to give Macalester a 1-0 win over College of New Jersey and the school's first NCAA title in any sport. It was the longest championship match since Ithaca beat Cortland on penalties in 1990.
