    Josh Wolff scored one goal and set up another to lead the United States to a 2-0 win over Mexico before a full house in Columbus. Wolff scored to give the United States the lead when Clint Mathis fed him with a long pass and he beat Jorge Canpos to score into the open net. After showing little in the first half, the Americans created all kinds of trouble for Mexico early in the second half. Mathis, in particular, was outstanding. The Mexicans pressed for the equalizer.
