    Kansas City Wizards forward Onandi Lowe has been loaned to English Third Division (fourth tier) team Rushden and Diamonds. The Jamaican international, who has made 60 appearances for his country, will be on loan until Feb. 15, or three days prior to the Wizards+ first Champions Cup game, whichever occurs first.
