Tommy Wilson arrived from Scotland in 2013 to become the Philadelphia Union’s Academy Director. Six years later, the Union has six Homegrown players on its first teamroster, including 18-year-old midfielder Brenden Aaronson, who has made 12 appearances (11 starts) in 2019.
