1. The Indianapolis soccer stadium project passed another legislative hurdle when the Indiana State Senate voted to concur withthe House of Representatives version of Senate Bill 7, which would create a taxing district for the Eleven Park project that would include a multi-purpose soccer stadium for Indy Eleven. The billstill requires the Governor’s signature and would need all local approvals like any other development project.
