With just a cap between them, 20-year-olds Julian Brandt, Leroy Sane and Julian Weigl, and 21-year-old Joshua Kimmich are the surpriseinclusions in Germany’s 27-man Euro 2016 preliminary roster from which Coach Joachim Loewwill pick 23 players.
“We have had an eye on them all for a while,” said Loew.”Sané is incredibly quick, Weigl is playing very well at BVB, Kimmich is versatile and Brandt is skilful and pacy.”
