[AMERICANS ABROAD] Aron Johannsson will be sidelined until October after undergoing his second groin surgery in three yearson Friday. Johannsson, whose only appearance at the World Cup came in the opener against Ghana, had undergone surgery in July to repair his ankle, which had bothered him at the end of the 2013-14Dutch Eredivisie season with AZ.
