• Sands and Tillman start in Rangers-PSV draw. James Sands and Malik Tillman started in their third straight UEFA Champions League qualifier, a 2-2 tie with PSV in Glasgow. Sands has been starting in place of injured Ben Davies at center back. Tillman played as the attacking midfielder but was rather quiet and subbed in the 71st minute. The winner of the series will claim a berth in the group stage, which will start in September.
• Richard Ledezma sidelined with an ankle injury. Ledezma missed the playoff match with an ankle injury suffered in PSV’s 5-2 win over Go Ahead Eagles. PSV did not provide more details than to say the 21-year-old midfielder will be out for the time being.<
