[TELEVISION WATCH] Another English broadcaster has been picked to be the face and voice of soccer on an American network. NBC Sports Group, which begins athree-year commitment to MLS and U.S. Soccer programming next year, has named Arlo White — the voice of the Seattle Sounders — to head its telecasts. He hasworked Sounders’ broadcasts the past two seasons following nine years at the BBC.
