German media, including Bild, report that New York Bulls general manager Eric Soler, who once played for Germany’s Hamburg SV, has contacted the club over the possible acquisitionfor 38-year-old goalkeeper Frank Rost, whose contract HSV is not renewing.
Rost has spent the last five seasons of his 19-year pro career with Hamburg after long stintswith Werder Bremen and Schalke 04. He made four appearances for Germany in 2002-03.
