• United Soccer Coaches is conducting a survey to understand how soccer coaches are compensated. This survey is open to all coaches, at all levels of the game, both United Soccer Coaches members and non-members. Questions will focus on pay structure based on a coach’s primary coaching level. More than 2,300 coaches responded to the most recent survey, which was released in 2018.
