Maki Tall, currently onloan from Lille to third division Red Star in France, scored the lone goal for the USA in the 73rd minute after the host had taken a 2-0 lead with goals either side of halftime.
RubioRubin, who has played twice for Jurgen Klinsmann‘s full national team, helped set up the U.S. goal with a cross that found Tall.
Just six players who took part in theConcacaf U-20 Championship in January started for the USA.
Coach Tab Ramos‘ team, which is preparing for the U-20 World Cup that kicks off May 30 in New Zealand, will holdan April camp in Austria that includes games against Qatar and Croatia.
