[CONCACAF] Day 2 of the semifinal round of World Cup 2014 qualifying takes place Tuesday in Concacaf.     Group B is toughest group. No doubt. El Salvador, Costa Ric's deserve to be in final 6 along with Mexico as the more qualified teams. USA got a cake walk in Group A. Panama is alone in Group C.

    If readers are in Dallas, come watch the PPV USA & Canada matches with Trinity Hall tonight, free as in no cover or minimums. Harder to find than Euro2012 matches!
