BROWN. First-year Brown coach Pat Laughlin announced the edition of six newcomers: Jack Kuntz (TSF Celtic), Voltaire Escalona (Lower Merion Velez), Josh Weiner (FCWestchester), Brice Gumpel (LAFC-Chelsea), Aidan Leonard (Real SoCal) and PepeSalama (Spanish club Rayo Majadahonda).

DRAKE. The Bulldogs, who made their first appearance in the final eight, have added 13 players: Jared Arde (Gulfport, Miss.), Max Brewer (Olathe, Kan., Erik Boyer (Cedar Rapids,Iowa/), Garrett Crall (Norwalk, Iowa, Max Duncan (Joplin, Mo.), Addison Eck (Springfield, Ill.), Brian Grand (North Branch, Minn.), Bryan Jantsch (Mission Hills, Kan.), Andrew Kallman(Omaha, Neb.), Sean Latz (Overland Park, Kan.), Nick Marshall (Glen Carbon, Ill.), Logan North (St. Charles, Mo.) and Kevin Wilson (Ballwin, Mo.).

LIBERTY. Big South power Libertysigned seven players: Sam Chappell (Irvine Strikers), Robert Cross (Supernova), SamuelDuininck (West Side Alliance), James Maddox (CASL Premier), Scott McKinney (Lonestar Red South), Josh Mullins(Richmond Kickers) and Juan Jose Nino (Houston Dynamo Academy).

PORTLAND. The Pilots added six newcomers.Bronson Boyd (Sandy, Utah), Steven Evans (Portland, Ore.), Alex Gatewood (AnnArbor, Mich.) and Thomas Iwasaki (Lake Oswego, Ore.) have signed letters of intent, while Tyler Baarts (Portland, Ore.)and Matt Dally (Vancouver, Wash.) have committed to the UP program. Baarts is the son of Rob Baarts, who also starred atUP as a player.

SANTA CLARA. Coach Cameron Rast announced the signing of five prep seniors, including areastars Keigo Kameya (De Anza Force) and Carlos Montes (De Anza Force), one of the top defenders from the state of Texas,Mark Daus (Dallas Texans) and Southern California standouts Phillip Muscarella (Real SoCal) and Michael Gates (LAFC Chelsea).

SETON HALL. The Pirates have signed local high school standouts Kevin Bonder (Whippany, N.J.) and Maximiliano Garcia (Jersey City, N.J.).

UAB.Coach Mike Getman announced the signing of three players from Jackson, Miss. — Gentry Smith (Jackson Academy),who was named “Mr. Soccer” in the state of Mississippi with 105 goals in his prep career, goalkeeper Chase Bullman (Jackson Prep) and forward/midfielder Atak Yai (Murrah HS) and Santa Barbara City College transfer Qidian Liu (Vancouver, B.C.).
