The USA opened its qualifying campaign for the 2015 U-17 World Cup with a 5-0 win over Cuba and a 2-0 win over Trinidad & Tobago. Two years ago, the U.S. U-17s also opened with a pair of victoriesin the U-17 Concacaf Championship, but failed to qualify for the World Cup.
