According to reports in France, Cristiano Ronaldo has donated 5 million pounds ($8 million) to the charity Save the Children to help aid the organization’s efforts in Nepal followingthe earthquake that killed more than 8,000 people and injured at least 20,000. French football magazine So Foot reports that the 30-year-old Real Madrid star made the donation having previouslyasked his 100 million Facebook followers to support the charity.
