FIFA’s chief ethics investigator Cornel Borbely has recommended a life ban from soccer for former Concacaf president Jeffrey Webb, who has pleaded guilty inFederal court to racketeering, fraud and money laundering in connection with the soccer scandal involving FIFA, Concacaf and Conmebol. Webb, currently under house arrest at his mansion outsideAtlanta, is one of 41 individuals and entities indicted following the U.S. investigation into soccer corruption.
