Rafael Esquivel, the former president of Venezuela’s soccer federation, is set to plead guilty on Thursday in federal court in Brooklyn, becoming the latest former soccer executive to pleadguilty to charges stemming from a bribery investigation of soccer in Conmebol and Concacaf.
