Not for the first time this year, Jozy Altidore lashed out and paid dearly. Playing with the U.S. national team in March, he dropped an F-bomb  and wassent off for verbally abusing Italian referee Luca Banti. On Saturday, following an aerial challenge with the New England’s Jose Goncalves, Altidore kicked the Revs defender while he was on the ground and was immediately sent off by referee Chris Penso late in the firsthalf of a match Toronto FC lost, 3-1.
