In the first appearance by a U.S. professional sports team in Cuba since U.S. President Barack Obama and Cuban President Raul Castro announced they would seek torestore diplomatic relations that were severed in 1961, the New York Cosmos beat the Cuban national team, 4-1, in a friendly on Tuesday at Havana’s Pedro Marrero Stadium.
