Dan Lock is the Academy Director of the Columbus Crew. Under his leadership, the club was named 2023 MLS Academy of the Year, and as the Head of Individual Development and Coaching, he was a part of the Crew 2’s coaching staff during its 2022 MLS Next Pro championship-winning season.
