1. FC Cincinnati’s Fanendo Adi will enter MLS’s Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health program after being stopped for speeding andcited for operating a vehicle impaired early Sunday morning. Adi, FCC’s first Designated Player signing, will not be eligible to participate in any competition or team activity until an assessment iscomplete, he is cleared for participation by SABH program doctors and MLS completes its investigation.
