OKC Energy FC has a new MLS partner. The third-year USL club signed a two-year affiliation agreement with FC Dallas. Energy FC worked with Sporting Kansas City in its first two seasons — head coachJimmy Nielsen starred for SKC — before the MLS club launched its own USL team, the Swope Park Rangers.
