[U.S. OPEN CUP] The Fresno Fuego Future and Mass Premier Soccer clinched the last remaining berths in the 68-team U.S. Open Cup, but the centennial edition alsofeatured one last-minute change as the Kansas City Athletics withdrew and were replaced by Dearborn Stars in the USASA’s Region II when they forfeited rather than replaying their game on shortnotice in Chicago because the Stars’ protest that the Kansas City field on which the Athletics had beaten the Stars was too narrow.
