[ENGLAND] Wayne Rooney missed practice on Monday to rest a sore ankle and spent the time working out in a swimming pool. England’smedical staff described the injury as minor and he is expected to start against Algeria on Friday. But it is unsettling news from a player who has ankle problems late last season for a team.
