Orlando City will increase capacity in the new stadium, initially expected to hold 19,000 fans, to accommodate between 25,000 and 28,000 fans in response to the club’s huge crowds at its temporaryhome, the Orlando Citrus Bowl. In addition, the MLS club will buy the property in Parramore designated for the stadium from the City of Orlando and fund its construction privately.
