[MLS ALL-STAR GAME] MLS has agreed with Chelsea’s request to allow 10 substitutes instead of seven for Wednesday’s AT&T MLS All-Star Game at PPL Park inChester, Pa. (TV: ESPN2, TeleFutura, TSN2, 8:30 p.m ET). As a result, Philadelphia Union midfielder Michael Farfan has been added to the All-Star roster byCoach Ben Olsen.
