MLS’s Philadelphia Union fired broadcaster Peter Pappas after it was revealed he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit health care fraud for receiving $481,773 in kickbacks as a pharmaceuticalsalesman. He faces up to 10 years in jail and a minimum of $250,000 in fines as part of a plea agreement reached in April 2016.
