Good morning! Tomorrow is July 4th, the start of a long weekend, a long weekend filled with tons of soccer. There’s plenty on the domestic front: two matchdays in MLS, beginning with 10 games tonight, and the last weekend of NWSL play before its seven-week summer break, plus 12 games in the USL Championship. The USA is out of the Copa América, but the tournament will resume tomorrow with four quarterfinal matches played over three days. The big one: Uruguay vs. Brazil on Saturday night in Vegas. For those off on Friday, the Euro 2024 will feature two gems: Germany-Spain and France-Portugal. We’ll be off tomorrow, but back here Friday morning. Happy 4th!
