Paul McDonough, the former UConn assistant coach and player agent who became the architect of Orlando City’s team for its expansion season as general manager, has left the Lions by mutualagreement. The move, not a huge surprise, comes after the club brought in Portuguese Armando Carneiro from Benfica as chief soccer officer.
