1. The 1999 U.S. Women’s World Cup championship team will be honored at halftime of Sunday’s USA-Belgium match, the first women’sinternational match played at LAFC’s Banc of California Stadium. About 40 other former national team players will also be in attendance for various events. Only team captain Carla Overbeck and TiffenyMilbrett from the ’99ers are unable to attend.
