1. Caden Clark, one of the top U.S. midfielders in the 2003 birth year, has signed with the New York Red Bulls II from the BarcaResidency Academy in Arizona. The Minnesota native has trained at Barcelona’s La Masia and played at the Barca Academy for Sean McCafferty, named the Red Bulls’ academy director last summer. He is thelatest Barca Academy product to turn pro in the last year after Julian Araujo (LA Galaxy), Austin Amer (Orlando City B), Matthew Hoppe (Schalke 04), Tarek El Daly (Al Ittihad Alexandria) and BryceDuke (LAFC).
