“If I say yes or no, they’ll kill me in my country [laughs]. I know all these players. I don’t know what percentage that started with us in the national team. I know they have an interim coach right now. I hope, for the sake of our football here in America — you know, let’s face it, the U.S. wants to win the World Cup, okay? And it’s a big opportunity. They’re not going to qualify for the World Cup. They’re already in. I’m sure they’re going to make the right decision who they’re going to bring, or leave him [interim coach Anthony Hudson] as the coach. I mean, basically, the coaches are important — don’t get me wrong — but the players that they have right now, you’re talking about a generation for the [next] 15 years. I think they took one team and played Grenada, then they got some other players to play against us. Tells you the depth that they have.”
