Female singers from the Arab world team up in the recording studio and on music video set for “Light the Sky,” the latest song from FIFA’s World Cup soundtrack.
Performers Balqees (UAE), Nora Fatehi (Morocco/Canada), Rahma Riad (Iraq) and Manal (Morocco) are joined by the six women who will officiate games in Qatar: referees Stephanie Frappart (France), Salima Mukansanga (Rwanda) and Yoshimi Yamashita (Japan) and assistant referees Neuza Back (Brazil), Karen Díaz Medina (Mexico) and Kathryn Nesbitt (USA).
